Head baker wanted in Fulton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Fulton County, Georgia. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift.
