Formwork joiner — Falls County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Falls County, Texas. The role involves: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
