Cook — Kusada

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Kusada, Katsina State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦220,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
