Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Howard County, Nebraska. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
