Join our team: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Refugio County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish The role involves: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Rotating shifts.
