Short order cook wanted in Bebeji

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Bebeji, Kano State. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦130,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
