You should have: • Good knowledge of local roads and areas • Basic reading to match addresses correctly On a typical shift you will collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading.
