Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Ikwerre, Rivers State. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
