Powder coating sprayer wanted in Owan West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Owan West, Edo. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦285,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
