On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Rotating shifts.
