Bench joiner • Udalguri, Assam

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bench joiner in Udalguri, Assam. You will be based at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. Your main tasks: • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. ₹32,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
