Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Jasper County, Missouri. The job is at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges You will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54). Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
