Now hiring: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Nganzai, Borno State. The job is on a residential building site. On the job you will handle: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec 4+ years on the tools preferred.
