Immediate opening: tower crane operator (New Mexico)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Lea County, New Mexico. You will work on a busy construction site. The role involves set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL). What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Strong attention to safety and load limits • A good head for heights for tower crane work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
