Confectioner wanted in Wilson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Wilson County, Texas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
