Ideal candidate: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable meeting daily sales targets The role involves: • Punch orders into the billing/POS system • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
