We are recruiting: we are hiring a horticulturist in Cooke County, Texas. The job is on the grounds of a hotel resort. What we are looking for: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds 1+ years on the tools preferred.
