What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
