You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
