Baker wanted in Lau

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Lau, Taraba State. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
