Site carpenter — Spokane County

Join our team: we are hiring a site carpenter in Spokane County, Washington. You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Day-to-day duties: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
