We are recruiting: tandoor cook (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Dodge County, Georgia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
