Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Aleiro, Kebbi State. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving ₦9,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
