Room service attendant — Kaga

Vacancy available: we are hiring a room service attendant in Kaga, Borno State. You will work in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
