We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Richmond County, Georgia. The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Six days a week, one day off.
