We are recruiting: TIG welder (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a TIG welder in Trinity County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
