Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Kachia, Kaduna State. You will be based in a café. You will clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
