Trowel-trade bricklayer • Akko, Gombe State

Join our team: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Akko, Gombe State. The job is on a new-build development. The role involves building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. What we are looking for: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
