Hydraulic crane operator — Morgan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Morgan County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines You should have: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Strong attention to safety and load limits Overtime paid at a premium rate.
