Ideal candidate: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands The role involves load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; set up and start the machine as per the job card; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet.
