Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Aba North, Abia State. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
