Urgent requirement: meat trimmer (Niger State)

Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Agwara, Niger State. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
