Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
