Vacancy available: toolroom milling operator (Ondo State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Owo, Ondo State. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day-to-day duties: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 4+ years on the tools preferred.
