Short order cook — Tureta

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Tureta, Sokoto State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time with occasional weekends.
