Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Coryell County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Six days a week, one day off.
