Meat trimmer — Nassau County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Nassau County, Florida. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
