Cook — Guma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Guma, Benue State. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
