Great opportunity: confectioner (Ebonyi State)

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Onicha, Ebonyi State. You will be based at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 3+ years on the tools preferred.
