Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
