Halal butcher wanted in Puruliya

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Puruliya, West Bengal. The job is at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Rotating shifts.
