Bread baker wanted in Bowie County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Bowie County, Texas. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
