Join our team: tandoor cook (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Coke County, Texas. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
