Back-of-house cleaner — Fulton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Fulton County, Ohio. The job is in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
