We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Douglas County, Washington. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
