Urgent requirement: gantry crane operator (Wyoming)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Converse County, Wyoming. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On a typical shift you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
