We are recruiting: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Izard County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners On a typical shift you will call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off.
