Restoration bricklayer wanted in Perry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Perry County, Illinois. You will be based at a residential building site. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Day to day you will raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
