Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Martin County, Texas. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
