Join our team: we are hiring a carpenter in Berkeley County, West Virginia. You will work at a shopfitting company. On a typical shift you will assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. What we are looking for: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
